ABOUT JENNY LANGER
Jenny is a movement teacher & entrepreneur based in Philadelphia, Pa.

Her ultimate goal is to provide education, empowerment, and create a positive impact on those around her.

Jenny found yoga during high school and it led her to a life of self-discovery beyond the 'typical' path ahead of her.

She relied on yoga to leave college at 19 and pursue her teaching certification. It helped her navigate a return to college & through grad school. Ultimately, her yoga practice guided her to pursue her dreams & create her own business to help others fall in love with movement & to keep moving for life!

Jenny has undertaken the spirit of continual education herself and has completed intensive training with internationally renowned yoga & movement instructors to deliver the highest level of instruction for her students. She specializes in anatomy & mobility-based yoga classes that incorporate & share her vast knowledge of movement and the body.

After teaching at well-known studios in the Philadelphia region, she built her own yoga business from the ground up in 2020.

In her spare time, Jenny loves to practice with her favorite teachers, volunteer in the city, or grab a book to continue to learn about all things movement.
